I had a conversation with an athlete who kept saying their tumbling was 'bad' when she has literally only been able to do the skill for a couple of months now 🙄 When I told her how bad my tumbling was she didn't believe me so i'm posting a few throw back clips from when I first learned some skills vs where I trained to when I was competing so everybody can see what learning looks like! That transformation didn't happen over the span of a few months but over several years of countless hours training, I taught myself in my backyard (which is not the best way to learn!!) You have to trust the process, it's easy to forget and get frustrated with what's happening in the moment but if you keep at it you will most certainly improve 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️ everybody just needs to take a breath and enjoy the process because it's seriously the most fun and rewarding part!!
